“Dancing – Fit for a Lifetime,” was the headline in a recent article in the Lake CountyNow newspaper about Dancefit-Bodyfit. My name is Carol Johnson and I want you to join our fitness family. We are women ranging in age from 50-80 (men are certainly welcome). We have lots of fun and work on aerobic and strength fitness through dance-like fitness routines. I give newcomers the necessary 20 basic moves so that immediately we can all exercise and feel comfortable. I believe that this class is unique in combining dancing techniques and fitness especially appropriate for seniors.

These classes are unique in combining fun dance routines in Dancefit with strength, flexibility, balance and brain training in Bodyfit. Exercise enhances our ability to stay healthy and active as we move through life in addition to the social connection we experience together.
